Policies

We are a practice that is cash/credit card based, so we do not accept insurance. As

part of your treatment plans will be dictated by blood work, please utilize your insurance.

Please note that there still may be a co-pay for insurance for your lab work.

Cancelation Policy

If 15 minutes past schedule appointment there will be a charge of

$50 for a no-show fee.

A valid credit card must be on file as this will be used to order any medications, pay for

visits (including telehealth visits and subscriptions), or procedures.

All labs need to be performed prior to your visit as we can better customize a treatment

plan.
